So, Mason, I sincerely hope that you don’t mind me sharing your letter publicly, but your queries led to an ideal introduction and will help me in formulating a more comprehensive response.

First I want to say thank you for reading my post and replying. To be honest the thing I like most about your site is chatting with you and all of the other regulars. The lovely boob ladies is icing on the cake.

I am very intrigued by your Breast Files web site. How long have you been putting this together. It is obvious you have a lot of experience with setting up web sites and hosting material. However I see to remember reading one of your post where you indicated you were not interested in getting into the business of hosting a pay for content web site. Has this changed?

Is your intent to build a business around this new site or are you continuing to facilitate spreading the message and advertising other sites?

…right, then: Well, TheBreastFiles.com has been around for some time, but it’s only within the past six months or so that I partnered with two other webmasters to transform the site into something new (and, in my opinion, much needed). The first thing we did was to create a bloggers portal wherein anyone could sign up for their own big boob blog and earn some money by sharing their love for big breasts. The idea was to concentrate a wide range of blogs (and thus blogging styles) all on one site, and provide promotion through the million+ monthly visitors that TBF already enjoyed.

The next stage of our redevelopment involved something far closer to my heart: To provide new amateur models with a means of opening their own personal website without all of the expense and hassle usually involved. I’ve opened pay sites in the past and can tell you that apart from the webmastering and gallery building experience needed, you can also expect to pay upwards of $500US/month for a high-bandwidth server, $750US+ up-front to secure a merchant account to accept credit cards on-line and about $2,500US for the software needed to build the site.

While a lot of models both amateur & professional that I’d spoken to in the past had expressed an interest in having their own sites, they simply didn’t have the time, resources or money needed to do so. We wanted to make it easy…and FREE! Thus, after six months of hard work required to automate the whole website management process, TheBreastFiles Playmate Sites was born. After all, why not share our collective resources and experience with others in the hopes of encouraging busty women out of the woodwork who wouldn’t otherwise be able to start a website of their very own?

But, as you’d aptly observed, it is a business (despite my benevolent nature), so we’ll certainly be making some money for ourselves from this venture along with the models. The bottom line is that we provide all the site hosting, servers, software, credit card processing, affiliate administration & member services whilst the model simply provides the site’s content. In the end, any profits made through subscriptions are split between TBF and the model (honestly, we wanted to make the arrangement as fair and equitable on both sides as we could while, at the same time, making it possible for potential models to break into the big boobs biz at no up-front cost to them).

As for shifting my personal efforts solely to this new venture at the expense of MyBoobSite, that’s just not gonna happen. I love blogging and the dedicated community of big breast lovers that have assembled here over the past two years and, besides, this blog gives me the ideal on-line vehicle through which to help promote those models who opt to open their own Playmate Site big-time to the 25,000+ daily visitors I get here (and yes, prejudiced though it may be, TBF Playmates will get preferential treatment! ;))!

So, Mason, I hope that answers all of your questions and I’ll move on to the nitty-gritty of what’s involved in getting a Playmate Site:

What types of women are we looking for?

Anyone with D-cup breasts or larger qualifies for a Breast Files Playmate Site (we are in the big tits niche, after all) and, apart from that, there are no further requirements! Young or old (although you must be at least 18 years of age), fat or thin or even if you’re just a “regular-shaped” woman, there’s a place for you here. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, big breast lovers love busty women of all shapes and sizes! As for your breasts themselves, I know a lot of women who are self-conscious about one aspect or another of the appearance of their breasts. Having engaged in big breast worship most of my life and knowing many others who share my breast fetish, I can tell you for certain that there are many men (and women!) who may find the thing that you don’t like about your breasts to be particularly attractive to them! For example: Sagging breasts, puffy nipples, small or large areloas, visible veins on breasts, lactation – all of these represent an established sub-fetish within the breast-loving community!

Lastly, I’ve met many women who were totally comfortable and happy with their marvellous breasts who wouldn’t dream of modelling because of their attitude toward the rest of their body. Sadly, I blame the mass media for this as the reality is really quite different. In my past two years of representing big breast models, I’ve found that those who look like “real women” (i.e. natural, voluptuous curves, a plump, cuddly belly, a generously proportioned bottom) are far more in demand than the artificial looking “sticks with tits” that we’re constantly bombarded with in the popular press! However, that’s not to say that there isn’t a place for slender women with naturally big tits either – they’re just more of a rarity (and thus of equally high value!). What I’m essentially trying to say here is that it doesn’t matter whether you’re thin and top-heavy like our model Micky or a comparatively curvaceous big, beautiful woman like TBF playmate Emma, big breast lovers the world over will welcome you with open arms.

How do I go about getting my own Playmate Site?

First, you have to fill in our on-line application with your name, an e-mail address so that we can contact you, your and and your bra size. There’s also a box in which you can type a message should you like to tell us anything else about yourself. Along with these basic details, we’ll need three topless photos of you taken from different angles – a front view, a side-on view and one that clearly shows your face – to be uploaded from your computer directly into your Playmates application using the “Browse” button for each category. As I’ve already had a few questions about the photo bit, I’ve enlisted the lovely Vix to provide examples…

What will my completed Playmate Site look like?

Once again, let me refer to Vix’ Playmate Site as an example of what the finished product looks like. When an individual subscribes as a member, they’ll be immediately granted access to the “inner sanctum” of your site which is divided into galleries, one for each series of photos that you’ve posted with our easy-to-use on-line control panel. The names of the galleries and their content is entirely up to you. Vix, for example, currently has a total of 941 photos on her site divided into 19 separate galleries, each following a theme. In order to keep the content fresh, she’s also been providing frequent updates by adding new photos several times a month (which is most highly recommended for retaining your existing membership!).

In addition to your Playmate Site, you also get a BreastFiles Blog to help you promote yourself and keep in touch with your fans. I’d also recommend that, once your Playmate Site is active, you sign up for TheBreastFiles Forums to introduce yourself to the community and perhaps share any new updates you’ve made. Again, it’s all up to you but, the more promotion you do for your BreastFiles Playmate Site, the more potential members you’ll attract! And that’s about it, really.
