A supplemental note regarding MyBoobSite’s “F-cup & Up” cup-size standards of measure
MyBoobSite adheres to the European EN 13402 Standard with respect to a model’s cup-size (with band-size being a matter of indifference to me, as I seek to include busty women of all shapes and sizes herein). While many big tits porn websites are guilty of overestimating their girls’ cup-sizes because of the obvious promotional value to big breast lovers, I’ve also encountered a fair few who underestimate bra-sizes as well based upon our standards! So I thought it appropriate to include a supplemental post for reference purposes detailing MyBoobSite’s adopted standard system of cup-size measurement:
EN 13402:
The European dress-size standard EN 13402 defines bra sizes based on the following two body dimensions (measured in centimeters):
- bust girth
- maximum horizontal girth measured during normal breathing with the subject standing erect and the tape-measure passed horizontally, under the armpits (axillae), and across the bust prominence (preferably measured with moderate tension over a brassiere that shall not deform the breast in an unnatural way and shall not displace its volume)
- underbust girth
- horizontal girth of the body measured just below the breasts
Bras are labeled with the underbust girth (rounded to the nearest multiple of 5cm), followed by a letter code that indicates the
- cup size = bust girth − underbust girth
according to this table defined by the standard:
Code | AA | A | B | C | D | E | F | G |
Cup-size [cm] | 10-12 | 12-14 | 14-16 | 16-18 | 18-20 | 20-22 | 22-24 | 24-26 |
Code | H | J | K | L | M | N | O | P |
Cup-size [cm] | 26-28 | 28-30 | 30-32 | 32-34 | 34-36 | 36-38 | 38-40 | 40-42 |
Note: The data in the secondary table above has been extrapolated from the original EN 13402 specification, which only extends through a G-cup, by progressing upward through the alphabet in 2cm increments to account for larger cup-sizes, the conspicuous jump from H to J being due to the fact that the majority of European lingerie manufacturers skip the I-cup in their brassieres.
Example:
(bra-sizing example photos courtesy of Vix at Tits-Out.com)
In the bra-sizing sample photos above, we see that Vix has an under-bust girth of 87cm and a bust-line girth of just over 109cm. Subtracting these two measurements and consulting the EN 13402 cup-size table above places Vix at an F-cup (and, indeed, she typically wears a 36F bra).
Granted, the EN 13402 Bra-Sizing Standard recommends measuring over a bra (which typically increases the bust-line measurement as it compensates for any natural sagging of the breasts due to gravity), but this is MyBoobSite, after all, and I much prefer to see my boobs nude. ;~)

Great topic! Very useful.
I wish every busty model told us her real measures. Can anyone make a topic with all these models whom really know her boobs measures??
It will be fantastic!
My girl was measured recently for her bra size. She was asked to slightly lift her bra straps up as she was being measured around her ribcage for a more accurate measurement. The younhg saleslady’s initial reaction was priceless when she measured my girl to be a 40I! I almost proposed to her on the spot :)
Lucky man. I have a similar sized lady, but nowhere in the local area (USA) that measures for fittings. Anyone have a suggestion of sources for larger-sized bras?
Curious – you will probably need to buy mail order.
Fig Leaves and Bravissimo are UK based, but sell worldwide – bear in mind that the standard printed above is not the standard used by European bra manufacturers – check out the Bravissimo site and you will see that sizing normally follows these letters: D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, K, KK. Off the shelf bras stop at KK – above this they are custom made (Miosotis is definitely custom). For some reason there is no size EE, I or II. Note there are no triple sizes – HHH and KKK are fictitious. The only exception is DDD which is sometimes used in the USA instead of an E cup.
The difference measurement quoted is also not standard in Europe – a 34DD lady wearing a correct size bra will have an underbust measurement of 29 or 30 and an over bra measurement of 38 to 40 inches.
Sizing is sufficiently complex that an estimated 70% of ladies are wearing the wrong size – the only answer is a fitting conducted by an expert plus trial and error – also the size will vary from style to style and according to the manufacturer. The most common error is too large a band and too small a cup NB the support should come primarily from the underband.
Yes,Reese. I have an issue to the bra size claims. I’ll guess that the cup size refers to the ratio between the under chest measurement and the measurement of the bust at their outside circumferance,here.(sp). I watched an English documentary on “My big boobs and me” last month and yes,the poor girls had VERY large breast for their frame size. Judy:28K.Matty:30G. Such a small frame w/canteloupe-size boobs. Good doc to see this and of course the back problems they had and the possible surgeries they were considering. The Advertised size and the actual size may vary, depending on who their agent was and the web site involved. MANY ladies bra sizes that are posted are NOT believable, here. Give me some that you truly think are “spot on”,please. Dave in Seattle.
I know that Vix’s bra fits and it is a 36F in Yank terms. It’s a REAL set of big boobs that is a big real pair. Those are F cup boobs! Lucky you. Dave.
Time for a donation, again Reese. Dave in Seattle.
