The way I see it, this blog belongs to Reese and Vix, they can post what they want and allow readers to post what they want. They have complete control. No problem there.
Having said that, I personally WOULD start filtering the comments somewhat. There’s plenty of models here on the site I don’t really care for, but would never resort to trolling insults to make my point because I respect them for doing what they do whether or not it works for me. For example, both Maggie and Anorei aren’t really for me, but I’d never say anything aggressive and hurtful about them. What right do I have – I wouldn’t have the balls to do what they do, for one thing!
I’m sure most readers are like that: they exercise self-control and only post nice comments about the well-endowed beauties that do take their fancy, skipping over the others. But not everyone can be trusted to do that, and on a blog where every single comment is moderated the system to keep things positive is already there, all that’s needed is to use it. No model should have to fight their corner or have others fight it for them because it shouldn’t get like that in the first place. That’s where careful moderation of reader contributions comes into play: it prevents nasty slanging matches from even starting, and as we all know prevention is better than cure much of the time.
That’s just me, though. Maybe some people enjoy the negative comments as a kind of “balance”, but I doubt it.

People have their likes and dislikes, but I do think a line is crossed when it becomes a direct attack against a person. I think it’s important to understand what “negative” is. Are we talking about an opinion of a model, such as “She is too big for my taste” or are we talking negative in a disrespectful sort of way. If there was some way to make that distinction (which there might not be), I would say that opinions should be allowed, as long as they are respectful.
In the end, part of the enjoyment is debating people’s favorites, so if we take the counterbalance out of it, it lessens the overall discussion. But I think it is key to understand that having the models participate is a luxury and we need a certain level of respect to make sure they feel welcome and keep coming back!!

The only thing I don’t like about this blog are the insults to the model. Freedom of speech is important but respect is paramount.

If this was a strip club, there’s isn’t a bouncer or owner in the world who would toelerate abuse. On the other hand, there is simple courtesy. It’s what you learned in kindergarten; if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all. If you don’t like someone’s pictures, don’t look at them. It’s quite simple. Not every girl who does this is as thick skinned as me, and horrible criticisms and insults can tear down a girl as much as someone yelling at her on the street can.

In response to the original I’d say I’m for moderation of comments for a number of reasons
1. Reese & Vix seem like pretty level-headed individuals to me and I doubt they will either get overzealous with moderation or “power-trippy” with it. If they weren’t then we wouldn’t even be having this discussion would we?
2. There’s a big difference between criticism and insult. Some people, seem to either don’t know the difference or go out of their way to insult. Yes models will get horrible comments made to them and trolls doing what they do best via other mediums but why should the models have to put up with that unnecessarily? If something can be done about it here then it should be.
3. Moderated or not, the majority of comments will probably not be affected. Mainly due to point 1 and the fact that most posters here seem to respectful of the models.
Maggie has made a very good suggestion with the ‘Minimised’ comment approach, a happy middle ground for all Reese?
I don’t think the comments should be moderated. As one of the models who has been targeted with personal, nonconstructive comments even in this very line of comments here.

Recently my brother was talking about a writer who was saying that no matter how perfectly you write an argument, there will allways be those who simply refuse to egage with it. For months people have been ignoring the painfully obvious that there is no real use for insults and that this blog is for big breasts whatever the size of woman.

I am so suprised that so many are against “free speech”. We do this knowing how cruel people can be..it is something, I would imagine, most have had to suffer through in early childhood.

I think it is up to the operators of this blog to moderate comments as they see fit.
I also think that gratuitous insults of women who are good enough to put themselves out there as models are pointless and accomplish nothing.
That having been said, I don’t understand why some of these models are not featured on the BBW site instead of here at MyBoobSite. Different strokes for different folks, and people, whatever body type they appreciate, should be able to find it and enjoy it. But I was under the impression that MyBoobSite was dedicated to models whose bust is out of proportion (in a good way) to the rest of their body. I don’t think that is the case with these particular models.

I tend to support an open forum, for people to post whatever they like. Its is a shame people cannot follow the simple guidelines we all were taught when we were young, like “If you cant say something nice, dont say anything.” I would even accept things like, “This model really isnt my cup of tea.” But, when you have a site like this, posting derogatory comments, and insults, that are often viewed by the models themselves, just isnt right. If people lack the upbringing and good manners to edit themselves, perhaps somebody DOES need to do it for them. So sad that we cannot all appreciate what we are given. Em, freedom of speech should apply to citizens of a country, not posters on a private board. Citizens without rights to free speech have no options, but people who are not allowed to voice their opinions at a private gathering can always find somewhere else to say what they like.
It is true that fear of heavy-handed censorship can definitely create a chilling effect on conversation. And it’s also true that if everyone were to censor certain speech as a giant bloc, then certain ideas might never get heard anywhere. Lexxxi is rather polarizing. It isn’t her photos or videos, but her own comments here and on her thumblr page.
I was a member of ano.com and use to think she was great. But over time, I changed my mind about her. I remember the night she quit. She didn’t say good bye to her members, she simple left the cam show without a word and then posted on Facebook Free at last. That sucked.
In a previous cam show she said she hated Obama. She posted that she is a republican. As a liberal, that ticked me off. Why would an entertainer want to take sides in a divided America and potentially loose followers?
She blasted her former employer several times publicly. She took credit for her former employers work. I’m sure her former employer is no saint in that relationship. But, it doesn’t matter who was at fault, Lexxxi’s posts on thumblr were rather low class and not cool.
I don’t believe that she was a surrogate, I think she simple got knocked up and then gave up the baby. The timing lines up with when she started seeing her boy friend. She played the sympathy card, which was not cool.
I don’t like the slutty makeup some web sites uses on her. She is certainly not the pin up model / girl next door anymore.
These examples and many more is why I will not follow her anymore. From other comments on this blog, I’m not the only one who had issues with Lexxxi. For me the lesson learned is to never chat with a model. Ruins the fantasy.
