“Tracy” actually has a nice face, However, for a woman of only 44, she really has let herself go. She should also worry about the implications for her health and longevity. Fortunately, there is still time, if she has the will, to really check her diet and add considerable and regular exercise so she can become fit, with the side benefit of also shedding that huge stomach and achieving the always desirable ‘hourglass’ figure.

You’re right. She has let herself go, but she is losing weight, and has actually lost a fair amount of weight since these pics were taken. For some reason though, the weight doesn’t want to go from her belly. She’s working on it though.
